Q: How do I join RWCA, and what's the membership process? A. Simply click the "Inquire Today" button, answer a few questions, and we'll get to know you better. Our team will then contact you to schedule a zoom meeting. If you decide to join, we will send over an Independent contractor Agreement (ICA) and a new hire packet to get you started.

Q: How long does it take to transfer my license to RWCA? A: Typically, it only takes 1-2 business days. However if there are any restrictions or issues with you license, it may take a few extra days.

Q: Are there any hidden fees or monthly charges? A: No, there are no hidden fees, transaction fees, or desk fees. However, one of our commission plans does include a monthly fee, but only if you choose that specific plan.

Q: What technology tools does RWCA provide to support agent success? A: We offer a range of cutting-edge tools, including a state-of-the-art CRM, seamless back-office-system, Docusign, and more. Our technology is designed to boost productivity, streamline operations, and support your business growth.

Q: Is there an Errors and Omissions (E & O) fee? A: Yes, our E & O fee is $75 per transaction. This fee provides insurance protection for you and your clients in case of any errors or omissions during a transaction. *Note that this fee is included in our flat fee plan 2.

Q: What are the commission split options at RWCA? A: We offer two plans: ~Plan 1: 100% commission with a $199 monthly fee and a $75 per transaction fee. ~Plan 2: 100% commission with a flat fee per transaction (varies by transaction price: $550 for up to $500k, $650 for up to $1M, and $1,000 for over $1M).

Q: What is the commission split for brand new agents? A: We offer a supportive commission structure for new agents. For your first three residential transactions or leases, the commission split is 90% to you and 10% to RWCA. After completing these initial deals, you'll have the flexibility to choose the commission plan that best suits your needs.

Q: What training resources are available at RWCA, and how do I access them? A: We're committed to helping you grow and succeed, Our online portal offers a comprehensive library of training resources, including webinars, videos, and tutorials. These sessions cover a wide range of topics, from social media marketing and industry expertise to contract training and more. Simply log in to our portal to access these valuable resources.

Q: Does RWCA provide ongoing education and training for experienced agents? A: Absolutely. Our broker offers regular education sessions and training programs to support agents at all levels, from new recruits to seasoned professionals. These sessions help you stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring you continue to thrive in your real estate career.
